    Free transfer to the Mall of Istanbul, which is just opposite but not within walking distance. Very clean and super breakfast (lots of choice, open buffet)

    The location of the hotel to get to the city center (Eminönü, Taksim). Taxis cost 50-70TL (converted 8-13€) per single trip.

    The location of the hotel, easy access, and car parking.

    Poor room service, and poor quality of the used bed sheets and towels. The rooms were not clean.

    The hotel was fairly clean with good location very close to mall of Istanbul and brand-new rooms. Nice beds, central heating, a flat-screen TV and a safe in the room. Variety of options, outstanding food. Free parking onsite provided. The efficient check-in.

    Had a great time at Centro! The breakfasts were amazing, with a daily variety that kept things fresh. The staff, especially Hale, were super friendly and always ready to help. Only downside was some noise from outside, but overall a solid stay!

    Friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

    I faced considerable issues . The location of the hotel is isolated, forcing me to rely on taxis for access to any nearby shops or restaurants. The bathroom had poor design. The half-open shower caused water to splash all over. To top it off, I was surprised to find the amenities not in line with what I expect from a Rotana hotel, particularly the frustrating TV software and the requirement for a swimming cap in the pool, which I've never encountered before.

    Comfortable bed in the double room, plus an electronic key card, a work desk and television. Good and delicious meals. Really GOOD facilities in general, nice location close to the center. Easy check-in, late check-out.

    The room was clean and boasted a magnificent view from the 11th floor. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of options including fresh omelettes. The staff were helpful, especially in providing a free room upgrade and accommodating our needs .
